I blog to put myself out there and build connections. I enjoy looking at beautiful places, especially warm and homey. It gives me comfort and I would like to be able to give the same feelings to others through my taste and skills.

Living in New York opened up my eyes. Through a long history of people coming and going, New York has a variety of types of living spaces, and it generates creative ways to utilize spaces. To me, it is always a pleasure to explore how people live!

New York is the perfect place for this interest, and I am having the privilege of it. I used to spend my time exploring the city’s endless exhibitions, art fairs, and design goods stores, and I’d like to share my experience and knowledge with others.

As an architectural designer for several years, I have worked on numerous residential projects including townhouses and duplexes in Brooklyn, NY, a high-end apartment in Fifth Ave, NY, and an A-frame house and a single-family house in other states. Although residential is my favorite, I have worked on a museum and an office project in South Korea, and a luxury resort in Spain.

My interest in Real Estate Investment has been there for a while. It has been always my dream to own my properties and design/manage them. I want to know the value of the house, from the look to the gut. I am running toward my dream, and I would like to share my journey with you here.
